Thurston Circle Remodel
This traditional Thurston Circle home was completely stripped and remodeled. The property features six bedrooms, six full bathrooms on an oversized 12,749 square-foot lot. A circular driveway and a grand, two-story entrance leads you into the open floor plan with high ceilings. New windows and doors were installed inside and out, as well as a new roof and electric panel.
Oak flooring runs throughout both floors, including new wood stair treads.
We encased the unique wine library in glass so each bottle, resting on black metal supports, almost seeming to float in space. Speaking of libraries, integrated lighting illuminates the formal reading library and its beautiful white book cases.
The wet bar, featuring black marble countertops, is perfect for entertaining.
The same black marble was used around the Flare fireplace with integrated Niche above hiding a flip around TV with a Painting on the reverse side.
Custom high end finishes were used throughout the home.
The large kitchen features Miele appliances and a beautiful marble slab with waterfalls on the Island.
All bathrooms are new and have floating stone-clad vanities with new fixtures, tile and glass.
The master shower has a separate steam shower, within the large shower. The master bathtub is stand alone and has a great view. Master closet is huge and 2 bedrooms have balconies, which were also redone with new railing.
Dark wrought iron French doors open up to the backyard patio, where new outdoor paving stones and steps were installed.
The swimming pool was completely refurbished and new high efficiency pool equipment was installed. A fire pit and outdoor BBQ area are surrounded by mature, lush landscaping.
